The Ellex Tango series (including the latest-generation Tango Reflex Neo) is a high-end, all-in-one ophthalmic SLT/YAG combination laser system developed and manufactured by Lumibird Medical (formerly Ellex) of France.
Tango (Model: tangopro): A base model from the first to mid-generation series that fully integrates two laser oscillators (cavities)—532 nm (SLT) and 1064 nm (YAG).

The basic design of the model distributed as "Tango Pro" is extremely simple and sturdy, and is still highly regarded today.
• Fully integrated slit lamp design: Unlike aftermarket combination machines, there is no need to mechanically insert or remove the mirror when switching between SLT and YAG (the internal mirror switches electrically in an instant, so there is no misalignment).
• Ultra Gaussian Beam: Extremely energy efficient in YAG mode, producing sharp optical breakdown (tissue incision) with low energy, reducing the risk of pitting of the intraocular lens.
